Shipping & Returns Policy


We ship worldwide.


We ship orders via UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service (USPS), using either Priority Mail or Express Mail, at our discretion. We will consider other shipping carriers and methods; please contact us to make arrangements or to get a price quote.


Shipping charges will be displayed prior to checking out. They are dynamically generated based upon the weight of the package, the items purchased, and your delivery address. Prior to completing your order, you will be given the option to choose a shipping carrier and method, depending on how quickly you wish to receive your package.

Several items are eligible for free standard shipping to continental USA addresses. These items are marked "Free Shipping" in our online catalog.


Once an order is completed successfully, our system automatically generates a confirmation e-mail with your order information. This confirmation is a written record of your order, so you may wish to print out a copy and retain it for your records. If you have completed an order but did not receive an e-mail confirmation, please notify customer service via the Contact page.

Your order will generally be shipped within two business days of your payment. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an e-mail advising you of this fact, along with tracking number, if applicable.

You may also login and check your "My Account" profile for updates on the status of your order. If you still have any questions regarding your order, please contact customer service via the Contact page.


We do not charge sales tax.


Money order/Cashier's check - the items in your order will be reserved for seven business days while we await receipt of your payment. Once payment is received, we will ship your order without further delay. Please be aware that after seven business days without receiving payment, we may cancel your order.

PayPal or credit card - your order will be shipped within two business days.


If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order for a full refund. Send us a cancelation request via our Contact page.


We guarantee our product against manufacture defects for as long as you own your product. The Delrin portion of our dies are also guaranteed for life unless they are melted.

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Defective merchandise may be returned within fifteen days of receipt for an exchange or refund, less shipping and a reasonable restocking fee. The product/item or group of items must be in new, unused condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, etc. Upon our receipt, all items will be inspected and at our (Howron Industries, LLC.) discretion, credit may be refused and/or a re-stocking fee of 20% may apply. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded, except in the event that we made a mistake with the original order. In the event that an order involved free shipping, any returns will have the applicable shipping charges deducted from the eventual refund. All refunds, credits, and exchanges are for the cost of the item(s) only, and do not include shipping charges.

When returning items to us, we strongly urge you to use a shipping method that includes a tracking or delivery confirmation feature, as we will not be responsible for items lost during shipping. Packages must be returned postage prepaid; we will reject any package arriving COD.


If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact customer service via the Contact page and supply your name, order number, the item(s) that you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. We will supply you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with shipping instructions.

Please do not return merchandise to us without first acquiring an RMA, as this will delay the return or exchange process.
