The Brute Bender will accept a variety of dies to bend larger tubing, flat bar and solid rod. Adding a long extension or a port-a-power will make your bends easier. The Brute, as well as our other benders, is designed to use leverage instead of heat. The Brute will accept material up to 4" wide and is generally used for the tougher jobs. Used on farms, aircraft, hot rod and cycle shops.

Bending Specifications:

Bends round or square solid rod up to 3/4"
Flat bar stock up to 1/2" by 3"
Edge bend flat bar stock (the hard way) 5/16" by 1 1/4" wide
Bend square tubing up to 2" OD at 16 ga
Round tubing up to 2"
Angle iron 1 1/2" by 1 1/2" by 1/8"

Included with the Brute Bender:

Three pins (two 3/4" and one 1")
Square stop block with offset hole
Round roller sleeve
Extension handle
Two mounting brackets
Operating manual and instructional DVD/CD
Five round die set: 1 1/4", 1 3/4", 2 1/4", 2 7/8", and 3 1/2". These dies are not round tubing dies but can be used for square tubing.

All the above are cold bends, some capacities are doubled when bending hot
